Join me for a workshop made specifically for practitioners of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, and boxing!
This hour and fifteen minute long workshop will teach you a 10-15 minute yoga routine that you can do several times a week, or even daily, that will give you the tools to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, and breath awareness - allowing you to elevate your training to the next level.
Once we have learned the how and why of each posture in the routine, we will move through the sequence as a group. Time will be allotted at the end of the workshop for any questions you may have. Each attendee will receive a print out detailing the specifics of each posture, as well as the opportunity to schedule a FREE short check in with me to continue to enhance and modify the sequence to your specific needs.
