Join me for a workshop made specifically for practitioners of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, and boxing!

This hour and fifteen minute long workshop will teach you a 10-15 minute yoga routine that you can do several times a week, or even daily, that will give you the tools to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, and breath awareness - allowing you to elevate your training to the next level.

Once we’ve learned the how and why of each posture in the routine, we will move through the sequence as a group. Time will be allotted at the end of the workshop for any questions you may have. Each attendee will receive a print out detailing the specifics of each posture, as well as the opportunity to schedule a FREE short check in with me to continue to enhance and modify the sequence to your specific needs.
