Come join us for a two-hour guided experience combining movement, nature, and relaxation!

Snowshoe Hike (1 hour)
Winter may be long, but it can also be a lot of fun! ❄️✨ Join us at the stunning historic Glen Isle for a snowshoe trek (or a scenic hike if there’s no snow) on the Disc Golf course, drive across the bridge into Glen Isle and then proceed 1/4 mile to the parking lot of the Disc Golf course. The pace will be steady and accessible to all levels, with time to take in the surroundings and enjoy the fresh air!

Yoga (1 hour)
After the hike, transition into a gentle yoga session in the Kiva at Glen Isle Resort. This all-levels practice will include breathwork, stretching, and simple flows to help restore balance and relax the body after the hike.

This experience is open to all skill levels - no prior snowshoeing or yoga experience needed! Just bring warm layers, comfortable shoes, your yoga mat, and a willingness to unplug and recharge in nature!
